Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, who was born in June, has had her images kept private until now.
Meghan raises her giggling daughter into the air in the photo, with Harry seated next to his wife and their son Archie, 2, on his lap.
"This year, 2021, we brought our daughter, Lilibet, into the world," reads the holiday card.
"Archie created a 'Mama' and a 'Papa,' and Lili created a family."

The card also includes the words "Happy holidays" rather than "Merry Christmas," with the former being more common in the United States, where the Duke and Duchess of Sussex now reside.
Alexi Lubomirski, the photographer behind the image, was entrusted by the couple to record their engagement photos in 2017 and formal wedding photos the following year.
Lubomirski captioned the shot on Instagram, "This is one of those uncommon and exceptional projects that one is fortunate enough to be a part of."
"It has been a lovely honor to be able to continue the journey of this family, whom I first photographed as an engaged couple, then on the day of their wedding, as a married couple, and now witnessing their love manifest into two beautiful children."
Lilibet, the ninth in line to the British throne, was born on June 4 at the Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital.
